JMU Student Health Survey

The University Health Center is participating in the National College Health Assessment. JMU students will be randomly selected to participate in the Web survey (NCHA-Web) sponsored by the American College Health Association (ACHA). If you are selected we encourage you to complete the survey as the information will be used to develop health programs for JMU. Your participation is completely voluntary and confidential. All participants are invited to come to the Student Wellness and Outreach office, Warren 404, to receive a free incentive. Please consider completing this survey if you are selected to receive it as the information will benefit your peers and JMU.

The Web Survey will conclude on March 1st.
