HARRISONBURG — Climate change gets a lot of attention these days, but how do current conditions stack up against changes over the last 65 million years?
Dr. John Baez, a mathematical physicist at the University of California, Riverside, will discuss the long-running history of climate change at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 1, at James Madison University. The talk, which is free and open to the public, will be given in Room 1302 of the Health and Human Services Building on the JMU campus east of Interstate 81. Parking will be available in Lot D-2 across from the HHS building. A map of the campus is available here: http://www.jmu.edu/map/skyline.shtml.
