From: Media Relations HARRISONBURG - Attorney General Mark Earley will address the incoming freshman class at James Madison University on student responsibility Thursday, Aug. 24, at 7 p.m. in Wilson Hall Auditorium.Earley will unveil a new 42-page handbook designed to educate young adults regarding laws and regulations that govern socially acceptable behavior and the punishments and consequences for violating these laws.
