Who is a woman of distinction? She is a woman who inspires us through her imagination, innovation and dedication; her exemplary talent and achievements; her strength of character and the sincerity with which she serves. A woman who possesses passion for the people and places making up her everyday life, who breathes life and energy into our community – this is a woman of distinction! Is there a woman like this in your life? Then nominate her for the 2010 Woman of Distinction Award!

The University Health Center’s Student Wellness & Outreach is now accepting nominations for the 2010 Woman of Distinction Award. Three awards will be given – one each for JMU student, faculty, and staff. Award recipients will be honored at an awards reception to be held in January, 2010. Along with the recipients of the Woman of Distinction Award, the winners of the Office of the President’s Diversity Enhancement Awards will also be recognized.
