Bluestone Drive

Bluestone Drive splits the JMU campus into two. Bluestone Drive stretches all the way from South Main Street to Port Republic Road. It intersects the railroad tracks in front of Mister Chips.

Edith J. Carrier Arboretum

The Edith J. Carrier Arboretum, opened in 1987, is an outdoor living plant museum. The JMU Arboretum contains a wide variety of trees and plants native to Virginia. It is located on a 125-acre site near the JMU Convocation Center.
