In this delightful comedy by two-time Pulitzer Prize nominee Sarah Ruhl, Jean is a young woman who lives a quiet life until she happens to answer a call on a stranger’s cell phone. That simple act sends her life into a whirlwind of love and international intrigue that has audiences holding onto their seats for a wild, comic ride. Ruhl has emerged quickly as one of the most prominent playwrights of the 21st century. In 2006, she was awarded a prestigious MacArthur Fellowship recognizing her “vivid and adventurous theatrical works that poignantly juxtapose the mundane aspects of daily life with mythic themes.” Presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, N.Y, N.Y. Contains mature language, adult situations.
