Senior Symposium

ISAT/CS Building

9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

The School of Integrated Sciences (SIS) is pleased to present the 23rd Annual Senior Symposium - a culmination of two-year long capstone projects featuring the work of students in the Biotech, Geographic Science, Intelligence Analysis and Integrated Science and Technology programs. The day-long event will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019, from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. in the ISAT/CS Building.

As part of the SIS experience, every student completes a capstone project.  Working individually or in teams, students work on a problem with a real-world component, sometimes teaming with a local industry or governmental sponsor.  Capstone project ideas can come from the students themselves, from faculty advisors, or from sponsors.  The capstone project gives students an opportunity to use the knowledge and skills they learned to address a real-world problem and receive valuable hands-on experience.

We hope you will join us.
