Biotechnology Lab
This lab provides a hands-on learning experience in a laboratory setting that focuses on techniques used in the modern biotechnology laboratory. Established technologies include sterile techniques, cell culturing, DNA purification, DNA restriction analysis, cloning, PCR based genetic analysis, DNA sequence analysis, protein purification, and SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
