Resumes:

There is no pre-select or prior resumé collection necessary for this event. Students will present their resumés to recruiters during the exhibit portion of the Internship Fair which is from 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM . Student Interviews take place from 12:20 PM - 4:30 PM.

• Materials shipped to JMU can be picked up after the fair at Festival Conference Center, at the registration desk the morning of the Internship Fair.

Shipping from JMU

• It is the responsibility of each employer to arrange for pickup of their display units. Please arrange to have your display units picked up from the Festival Conference Center by 4:00 PM on Feb. 28, 2008. JMU is not responsible for any displays remaining after that time. Please tell express delivery services to pick up displays at the main entrance to the Festival Conference Center Ballroom. The address for the Festival Conference Center is 1301 Carrier Drive, James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22807.

Internship Fair Schedule on Feb. 28, 2008

Festival Conference Center Opens for Set-up	7:30 AM
Fair Begins:	9:00 AM
All exhibitors must be completely set up and ready for prompt opening of Fair
Exhibits:	9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Lunch:	11:30 AM - 12:15 PM
Interviews:	12:20 PM - 4:30 PM

Arrival/Parking/Registration: Parking is available across the street from the Festival Conference Center (parking lots R3 and D3). Please check in upon arrival at the registration table in the Festival Conference Center to pick up your information packet, including your meal cards. Tables will be pre-assigned and marked for your convenience. Exhibit set-up begins at 7:30 AM; you should have your exhibit prepared by the 9:00 AM opening to the students.

Lunch: Lunch will be available in the food court in the Festival Conference Center beginning at 11:30 AM until 12:15 PM. There are a wide variety of food options available. Your meal card may also be used to purchase drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Interviewing: You will have the opportunity to interview students you meet during the Internship Fair 12:20 PM - 4:30 PM. Interviewing will be conducted in the Festival Conference Center at 20-minute intervals, allowing time for as many as 9 interviews. You will set your own interview schedule during the morning fair.
