Mandatory SEVIS Registration

All F visa holders are required to, by your immigration status, to register with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  This is done by completing the SEVIS Registration application in Terra Dotta OR completing the SEVIS Registration Form (Blue Form).  It is mandatory that you complete the SEVIS Registration within the first two weeks of every semester, as failure to comply could cause your immigration status to be terminated.  

There are three options to complete the mandatory SEVIS Registration process:

  1. Complete the SEVIS Registration online with Terra Dotta (Instructions)
  2. Email the completed SEVIS Registration form with immigration documents (entry stamp in passport and any new visa or passport) to our office.
  3. Stop by ISSS to complete the SEVIS Registration form and have your immigration documents (entry stamp in passport and any new visa or passport) scanned.
