Mandatory SEVIS Registration
All F visa holders are required, by your immigration status, to report to the Designed School Official (DSO) for registration with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This is done by completing the SEVIS Registration Form or "Blue Form" which allows the ISSS office to register you with USCIS in SEVIS. The SEVIS Registration Form (Blue Form) will need to be completed within the first two weeks of every semester. This form updates your current address, phone number, major, and graduation date. It is extremely important that you complete this form every semester, as failure to comply could cause your immigration status to be terminated.
Process: All F visa holders are required to complete the SEVIS Registration Form or "Blue Form" and return it to ISSS or email it to email@example.com. If you recently traveled outside the United States and/or updated your immigration documents, you will need to provide copies of your documents (passport ID page, entry stamp, visa stamp). We can make copies of your documents at ISSS or they can be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
