2013 ISLC Registration Form


Instructions and policies: 
What to keep in mind when pre-registering for the conference:

  1. Individuals wishing to register should contact their university advisor first (prior to completing this form) as there may be others in your university wishing to register and who may also have the same transportation and logistical concerns as you do.
  2. Please note that due to the nature of this year’s conference and the scheduled activities it is mandatory to attend the Friday evening portion of the conference. Furthermore the Dance Party takes place Saturday night (instead of Friday night) as requested and suggested by popular demand... please make your travelling plans and overnight accommodations accordingly!
  3. Instead of asking you to send us the list of all of the names, e-mails, and countries of the participants from your university/ group who will participate to this year’s conference, for the time being we just need to know the number of participants from your university/ group who will be attending. In March, you will then need to complete the following participant list. A participant is defined as any individual (student, faculty, or chaperone) who wishes to partake in all or some of the activities (including assisting the keynote presentation, enjoying the meals, etc...)
  4. Due to liability reasons, we cannot provide any transportation assistance!
  5. Any damages made in the hotel rooms will be charged directly to the occupants of the room(s) in question.
  6. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations after March 1st.

 

Deadlines

  • Anytime prior to March 1st 2013, 5pm (EST): the pre-registration fee is $55 per participants. This fee includes all meals, a $12.50 assessment fee, ISLC program publication, entertainment and a t-shirt.
  • After March 1st 2013, 5pm (EST): the late pre-registration fee is $75 per participants.
  • Before March 13 2013: Your university/ group’s final and complete participant list must be turned-in to Thomas Lavenir. As a result, no new nametags or packets will be re-issued after March 13 and/or during the conference.
