ISLC Registration Form


Instructions and policies: 

What to keep in mind when pre-registering for the conference:

  1. Individuals wishing to register should contact their university advisor first (prior to completing this form) as there may be others in your university wishing to register and who may also have the same transportation and logistical concerns as you do.
  2. In order for you to benefit the most from the conference, you are urged to attend the Friday evening portion of the conference as well as the whole day on Saturday (also note that the Dance Party will take place Saturday night). In other words, make your travelling plans and overnight accommodations accordingly!
  3. Instead of asking you to send us the list of all of the names, e-mails, and countries of the participants from your university/ group who will participate to this year’s conference, for the time being we just need to know the number of participants from your university/ group who will be attending. In March, you will then need to complete the following participant list. A participant is defined as any individual (student, faculty, or chaperone) who wishes to partake in all or some of the activities (including assisting the keynote presentation, enjoying the meals, etc...)
  4. Due to liability reasons, we cannot provide any transportation assistance!
  5. Any damages made in the hotel rooms will be charged directly to the occupants of the room(s) in question.
  6. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations after March 15.

 

Deadlines & Fees

  • Early Registration: Fee- $55 per participants. Deadline- March 7th 2014, 5pm (EST).
  • After March 7 2014, 5pm (EST): the late pre-registration fee is $75 per participants].
  • Before March 17 2014: Your university/ group’s final and complete participant list must be turned-in to Thomas Lavenir. As a result, no new nametags or packets will be re-issued after March 13 and/or during the conference.


Please note: As of March 5, 2013 limited spots remain! Registration will close when full capacity is reached.

(By virtue of completing this section your information will be sent directly to the hotel. All you will have to do when you check-in to the Best Western hotel is give the name of your university)

Once you submit this form, you will be re-directed to the ISLC Registration Confirmation Page which will summarize the information that you entered and inform you of the remaining action you will need to take care of to ensure that everything is processed correctly.
