File Types

Documents, forms, applications, etc., available for download from the oIP web site are usually in one of the formats listed below. They are in order from most used to least used (i.e., the types of documents you will see the most on the oIP web site are listed first).

Microsoft Word

Documents in this format will have this icon next to them.

If you do not have access to the Microsoft Word software, you can download a Microsoft Word Viewer from Microsoft's web site.

Adobe Acrobat

Documents in this format will have this icon next to them.

Most computers have Adobe Acrobat Reader already installed. However, if you find that your computer does not have this software, you can download a free copy from Adobe's web site.

Microsoft Excel

Documents in this format will have this icon next to them.

If you do not have access to the Microsoft Excel software, you can download a Microsoft Excel Viewer from Microsoft's web site.

Microsoft PowerPoint

Documents in this format will have this icon next to them.

If you do not have access to the Microsoft PowerPoint software, you can download a Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft's web site.
