Andriana Hench holds a degree in Psychology and Environmental Science and Policy from The College of William & Mary and is currently pursuing her MA-EdS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at JMU. Within the Office of International Programs, she serves as a Graduate Assistant, helping students navigate study abroad decisions and explaining the many opportunities available to them.
Andriana’s work in this capacity has been supported by her time traveling abroad, visiting every continent in the world except Antarctica, although she hopes to get there one day, too! From working on farms across the U.S. to hiking the Milford Track in New Zealand, Andriana believes that experiences are the key to personal growth. She firmly believes that challenging oneself by immersion in different cultures can lead to a more complete and fulfilling understanding of the world.
