Recognized for their commitment to accountability, innovation and collaboration, their work takes them right into the heart of the communities where they help children and families help themselves. Mr. Jay Banjade who worked for Save the Children for over a decade and now associated with BASE and his son Pratik (JMU senior majoring in Athletic Training, Pre-Med), are from Nepal and will guide us through three weeks of visits to projects that address the physical, intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, and environmental wellness issues of the Nepalese people.
