Applications are collected throughout the academic year on the first day of fall semester classes in August for the upcoming open terms.
The following links will take you to pages with important information about applying for admission to JMU's international programs. Please be sure to choose the section that applies to you.
Before filling out the application form, be sure to read all instructions and discuss your plans with your academic advisor. Specific requirements of each of the programs are detailed in checklists. Please fill out the appropriate form carefully, using the checklist to make sure you have completed all the steps. Please type or neatly print on the forms. The information supplied will be used to assess your application and to form the basis of your records abroad.
Only completed applications will be reviewed.
*Note* Freshman will be notified January 9, 2013 once first semester grades are reviewed and given until January 14, 2011 to accept.
Acceptance notice will be sent to you by email (JMU students must use their JMU email address) with a link to direct you to the admission materials and a $500 deposit charge will be placed on your JMU student account.
To reserve a space in the program, accepted students must submit a signed Intent to Participate form by the acceptance deadline date (see above) and pay the $500 non-refundable deposit charge on your student account.
