STEP 1: Please complete the registration form below. Symposium Registration is $100 per person; however, if you are a member of the Federal Facilities Council or from an academic institution, this event is FREE. Please note your membership on the registration form.

STEP 2: Send payment. Once you have completed the registration form, please send a check or money order for $100 to:
