Bio:

Jen is the Case Manager at Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery. She provides community-based case management services to individuals who have traumatic and/or acquired brain injury, and my coverage area is Rockingham County and Harrisonburg City. Her caseload consists of both pediatric and adult clients. She has been working as a Case Manager for about 4 years, and spent almost a year before that as a Community Support Services (CSS) Specialist for Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery. Jen became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist in 2014, and this certification is renewed annually. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
