IDLS Welcomes Dr. Philip Frana

 

Dr. Frana received his B.A. in History and Economics at Wartburg College, and M.A. and Ph.D. in the History of Technology and Science from Iowa State University. His publications are mainly in the history of medicine and public health, the history of computing, the history of expertise and professions, and Honors education.
