Photographic images are an essential component in
communicating a consistent and effective JMU visual identity. It is
essential that communications utilize images that are of high
quality, technically and artistically, that are relevant,
appropriate, up to date and that otherwise uphold and promote JMU's
image. The Office of Photography Services provides high-quality
image products for official JMU communications, to the media and
other public relations uses.
University images are collected, processed, and
presented on film and paper, and accessible on and off campus via
electronic Web-accessible displays and gallery services at www.jmu.edu/photography.
Higher-resolution images are also available for use
in approved publications. Contact Diane Elliott, photography

Athletics
The Office of Athletics Photography provides a wide
range of Web-accessible photographic images of athletes and
athletics events. These images include higher-resolution images,
