1500-Hour Tracking for Wage Employees

Important note regarding the 1500-hour anniversary date:  At the end of the anniversary year, if the 1500-hour anniversary date falls between the 1^st and the 15^th, the hours will reset on the 1^st  and ALL hours worked in the pay period will count toward the NEXT year’s total . If the anniversary date falls between the 16^th and the 30^th/31^st, the hours will reset on the 16^th  and ALL hours worked in the pay period with count toward the NEXT year’s total.

Wage employees have access to a link in MyMadison titled 1500-Hour Tracking.

Employees can view their anniversary date, total hours worked in their anniversary year and total hours remaining in their anniversary year. Notice in the example below, employees can see hours worked in all departments in which they were actively employed in their anniversary year.
