Reagan joined the Human Resources team at James Madison University in August 2018 as the Assistant to the Director of HR and office manager. In February 2019, he took on the role of Leave Specialist and in October 2020 became a Benefits/Leave Specialist. He earned the SHRM certified professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management in July 2023. He comes to JMU with more than twenty years of experience with the Green Valley Book Fair working as the supervisor/office manager. He has a B.S. degree in Forest Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
