Jennifer Kester: Assistant Director of HR, Recruitment & Employment Services

The Assistant Director of HR, Recruitment and Employment Services, is responsible for leading and directing the Recruitment and Employment Team as they provide recruitment, onboard, orientation and employment services. Jennifer Kester has worked at James Madison University since 2008 and has over 10 years of Human Resource experience. She received her B.S. in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University and majored in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
