Sandra Anderson: Assistant Director of HR, Consulting Services

Sandra has served in various capacities in 30 years of service at JMU and currently provides HR consulting services in the areas of employee relations, reorganizations, policy, compensation, position management, and job classification. She is a “double duke”, having earned her undergraduate degree from JMU in Business Management and is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
