Test Your Onboard Knowledge

Q. I am hiring multiple employees that are starting work on the same day. Do I need to submit an individual onboard form for each employee?

A. If your department is hiring multiple employees with the same start date, you may submit a Multiple Employee Hire Spreadsheet. You may email the spreadsheet directly to Alicia Proctor. Please allow a sufficient amount of time for processing the information. If you have any questions about Onboard @ JMU, contact Alicia Proctor, Onboard Specialist, (540) 568‐4473, proctoan@jmu.edu.
