Section 1: Job Description and Key Responsibilities
This section describes the applicable competencies for all A&P Faculty Members. This section must be completed for all A&P Faculty positions. Section 1 needs to be signed and sent to HR at MSC 7009. The Position Description should be submitted to HR either when the position is established or when duties are updated. Download Section
Section 2: Objectives for this Performance Cycle
Objectives for this Performance Cycle: This section outlines the employee's key goals and/or objectives for the performance cycle. Special consideration should be given for the comments made in Section 3C of the performance evaluation that pertain to focusing the employee's efforts toward improvement.
