2013  University Holiday Schedule

• Employee Personal Day* (Taken between 1/10/13 and 1/09/14 in full 8-hour increment)
• January 1 (New Year’s Day)
• January 21 (Martin Luther King)
• March 8
• May 27 (Memorial Day and 1 additional  hour of Presidential Recognition Leave)
• July 4 (Independence Day and 1 additional hour of  Presidential Recognition Leave)
• July 5 (4 hours of Presidential Recognition Leave)
• November 28 - 29 (Thanksgiving Holiday)
• December 23 noon  – 31 (Christmas Holiday)

Eligible employees who work on holidays will be given compensatory time in accordance with leave policies noted in the Classified Employee Handbook.

12 Holidays by DHRM Policy; and, includes additional 12 hours awarded by the Governor for 2013 calendar year
