At-Work Meetings
The JMU Weight Watchers group meets every Thursday at 11:30-12noon in University Services Building (USB) Room 102. You can arrive 15 minutes early to weigh in. JMU employees are not required to use leave to attend Weight Watchers at-work meetings. Only state employees may attend an at-work meeting – no spouses, dependents, retirees, or non-state employees.

The Commonwealth will reimburse employees based on meeting program criteria in any of the Weight Watchers services. The amount of reimbursement is 50% of the service fees the employee paid before taxes. Employees will be reimbursed based on the state's pricing for monthly pass and online programs. Reimbursements are processed four times a year, in March, June, September and December.

To be reimbursed, complete a reimbursement form, attach receipt(s), complete participation requirements, and send to the Department of Human Resource Management at the email or mailing address provided on the form.
