Volunteers who choose to be actors will have roles they will play which include opportunities to be a tour guide (a Reality Realtor Agent) or a character in one of the skits (small children to parental roles).
Design and Prop Managment
Those who volunteer in this area will help set up and set dress each scenario. They can also help us tear down at the end of the event. They may also help keep track of prop items and set dressing from night to night.
These volunteers will assist with scheduling groups for tours, managing the lines between tours, handing out and collecting assessments and issuing JMU Passport stamps.
and Special Events
Volunteers who choose this group will help post publicity and help with staffing various lead up events like a food drive to raise awareness of food privilege and other outreach events.
Volunteers will be asked to attend an information and training session prior to the event. Information will come to your e-mail.
Volunteers will receive a House of Privilege T-shirt while supplies last and pizza the nights of the event!
