Jessica F. Phillips is a founding partner at the law firm of Royer, Caramanis & McDonough, P.L.C., in Charlottesville, Virginia.  She specializes in criminal defense, civil litigation, and real estate law. She received her undergraduate degree from JMU ('00) and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law ('03).

Jessica has lived in the Charlottesville area for 17 years, both as a law student and a practicing attorney, but she returns to Harrisonburg as often as she can, especially during football season. During her time at JMU, she was proud to be a part of the Marching Royal Dukes.  She is active in several local bar organizations and is a member of the Board of Directors of Charlottesville Catholic School.  Jessica lives with her husband, Michael, who is a CPA and works for the University of Virginia.  They have one son, Matthew, age 5.
