Scott Ford earned his B.S. at James Madison University ('91) and his J.D. at Washington and Lee University School of Law ('95). Scott is Vice President of McCandlish Holton and serves as Chair of both the firm’s Litigation and Workers’ Compensation Practice Groups. Scott has over 21 years of trial experience. He routinely defends employers and carriers with workers’ compensation matters. He also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters.   

Scott has served on the JMU Honors College Advisory Council since 2009. Scott also serves as a Board Member for Kids’ Chance of Virginia, a non-profit dedicated to providing scholarships for children of Virginia workers who have been affected by workplace accidents.
