Important Information

 

  1. The Health Services Administration (HSA) Program is NOT an open concentration; students must complete an HSA application and meet specific criteria for admission to the program including: completion of HTH 354 with a "B" or better, a minimum of 25 hours of volunteering/employment in a health care facility with a recommendation letter for the supervisor of your volunteer service or work, and an interview for entrance with the HSA Program Director. A confirmation letter from the HSA Program Director will indicate your admission to the program.
  2. HTH 450 and HTH 454 are for seniors only while HTH 458 is recommended for seniors only. Students are advised NOT to take HTH 354 and HTH 458 simultaneously.
  3. A grade of "C" or better is required in all HEALTH courses.
  4. For any questions about courses related to the major concentration, see your HSA advisor.
