Summer Eligibility
SUMMER SESSION 2008
May, June, July 2008
During the week of May 5th through 9th all appointments will charged the summer eligibility office fee for services.
Beginning Monday, May 12th through August 1st any student NOT enrolled in summer classes will need to pay an office fee for any appointment.
MAY, JUNE, JULY EXCEPTIONS to the office fee for services:
Allergy/Immunization appointments
CHOICES Women's Health Program appointments
August 2008:
The last day of 'NO FEE' eligibility for summer session students is Friday August 1st.
During the weeks of August 4th through 18th,
ALL JMU students who are enrolled for fall session will be charged an appointment/eligibility office fee for services at UHC.
AUGUST EXCEPTIONS to the office fee for services:
Allergy/Immunization/TB appointments
CHOICES Women's Health Program follow-up students
Any student required to be on campus early, for example: RA's, FROGS, band members and athletes.
NO FEE APPOINTMENTS FOR ALL ELIGIBLE ENROLLED JMU STUDENTS WILL BEGIN ON
AUGUST 19th, 2007.
