If you fail once, twice, three times, try again.

Becoming an ex-smoker is not a simple task. According to the University Health Center physicians, the average smoker tries seven times before they quit for god. They say, "Don't give up. You have nothing to lose to try again and again. IF you can quit in less than seven attempts, consider yourself better than average.
