"LAST CHANCE" Flu Clinic for 2007!
The University Health Center will be administering flu shots on the following date:
December 5th, 2007 from 10:00 am -- 12:00 noon - - Festival Grand Ballroom
Prices:
$7.00 --- Faculty/staff
$15.00 -- Students
$15.00 -- Emeriti
$15.00 -- Affiliates
$15.00 -- Spouse and dependent children over age 18
Quantities are limited!!
We accept cash or check ONLY. No FLEX, credit or debit cards at this clinic.
JMU employees & students, please bring your JAC card for verification purposes.
ADDITIONAL FLU SHOT OPPORTUNITIES for FULL-TIME Faculty and staff who are ALSO enrolled in the state health insurance.
