Dukes in Recovery
Started in the fall of 2009, Dukes in Recovery is a student-led program that provides a support network for students who are recovering from alcoholism and/or substance addiction. This support network enables students to come together and discuss how they can support each other through their journey towards sobriety.
Dukes in Recovery is not affiliated with any other addiction treatment programs, and is only for JMU students. Dukes in Recovery provides a non-judgmental, non-critical, and anonymous forum for discussion with members of the JMU community who share the common challenge of staying sober.
Dukes in Recovery meets every Monday night from 8 pm to 9 pm in the Montpelier Hall conference room, room 512.
