Pricing

You may choose either ArcGIS 10.3.1 or ArcGIS 10.4

Your consortium fee is based on two things: the size of your district and the level of software access. 

District Size

The size of your district is based on the number of high schools (do not include shared high schools, such as Tech Centers, Governor’s School, etc.)

    • Small – 1-3 high schools (informal education and after-school programs should choose small)
    • Medium – 4-8 high schools
    • Large – More than 8 high schools
Software Access

There are two available levels of access.

    • Basic – ArcGIS for Desktop Basic (formally ArcEditor) and the Network Analyst, Spatial Analyst and 3-D Analyst extensions – For Academic Use Only
    • Advanced – ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced (formally ArcInfo) and all extensions – For Academic Use Only

**Note – For the Academic / Administrative Full software, administrative use is restricted to school district use only.

Size/Access Basic Advanced
Small: 1-3 high schools $100 $250
Medium: 4-8 high schools $500 $1500
Large: more than 8 high schools $2000 $3500

Payment may be made online with a credit card or through a purchase order.  You may choose to download the software or request hard-copy media to be shipped to you.

Note that this pricing does not include technical support.  We will work to develop a network of users within the Commonwealth to provide technical support.  You may also contact esri to arrange a technical support contract.

In order to receive the software, you must agree to the ESRI software license agreement.
