NOTE: The Self-Service page only works if you are still an applicant and have never activated your e-ID or set-up a MyMadison account. If you have activated a MyMadison account you will need to contact the JMU IT helpdesk (http://www.jmu.edu/computing/gethelp/) for help accessing your account.
