REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration fee: $125, by September 16.
After September 16 registration will be accepted on a space available basis only, and the fee will be $175.
Fee includes:
1, 6' table (Please let us know if you will need a table cover.)
dining card for 1-2 representatives (Please indicate on the registration form if more than one representative will be attending.)
Payment:
Payment may be made by credit card using the online form (preferred).
OR
with a check(US Bank, US Dollars only), made out to James Madison University, mailed with the registration form.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Registrations will be accepted on a space available basis after September 17.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellations received in writing prior to September 15 will receive a refund. No refunds for cancellations after September 17.
CONFIRMATION:
We will e-mail an acknowledgement with details when we receive your registration.
Representatives will receive a dining card upon arrival. Parking will be available at the Convocation Center parking lot with shuttle transportation to the College Center.

Do not ship before September 12.
