Course text books can be purchased through the JMU bookstore either online or on campus. If you don't find the text you are looking for, ask the bookstore staff (540-568-3995) when they expect to receive it. Many students also go to University Outpost, a store on Port Republic Rd., to find used textbooks. If you prefer, most textbooks can be ordered from various national bookstore and textbook web sites. Sometimes, you can save money this way. However if you use these sites, be sure to order your books early enough for the book to be shipped to you in time for class.
