Emma Lundeen joined the Center for Global Engagement in February 2017 as the ISSS Coordinator. She is a graduate of Peru State College with a degree in business management, and previously worked with Virginia Clean Cities at James Madison University as the Administrative and Financial Coordinator, managing alternative fuel grant programs. Prior to joining JMU, Emma was an Executive Assistant at nTelos, working for the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer.

Emma’s experience as a third-culture kid raised in East Africa has created a lasting passion for learning about diverse cultures and working to bring together diverse groups. She is involved with Rocktown Rallies in Harrisonburg, which aims to provide advocacy and support for local refugees.
