Elena Gillis joined the CGE in January of 2015. She is a graduate of the College of William and Mary with majors in International Relations and Economics and interest in economic development. While in college, she focused on studying the effects of quality and accessibility of education on human and economic development of nations. Her other interests comprise of comparative cultural studies (including literatures, arts, philosophies and linguistics) and data science.
