Assistant Professor, Geology and Environmental Science, James Madison University
The Department of Geology and Environmental Science at James Madison University is seeking an individual to fill a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level who can demonstrate the potential for:
- excellence in teaching general education courses
- a commitment to undergraduate research
- contributions that would add to the strength and breadth of our programs in Environmental Geology and Earth Science
A PhD in the geosciences is expected at the time of appointment. The successful candidate will start in August, 2008.
