POLICY:
James Madison University Foundation provides an Employee Business Expense Allowance to Vice Presidents and Deans to meet extraordinary expenses of the corresponding college/division.
PROCEDURE:
A. The administration of James Madison University recommends the dollar amount of business expense allowed to each college/division for a given fiscal year.
B. When approved by the foundation, the Dean/Vice President is notified by the foundation of the amount of the allowance for the fiscal year.
C. The use of the Employee Business Expense Allowance must comply with the foundation's Disbursements of Operating Funds Policy.
