Marianne Gedigian, flute

Described as “energetic, dynamic, creative and fearless,” Marianne Gedigian has served as acting principal flute with the Pittsburgh Symphony, Boston Pops Orchestra, and Boston Symphony Orchestra, where she performed regularly for more than a decade. Gedigian has played solo recitals and concerto performances in Australia, Britain, Japan and the United States. She can be heard on dozens of Evening at Pops television broadcasts and on the soundtracks for Saving Private Ryan and Schindler’s List.
