"A theatrical treasure … Indisputably, uproariously funny."

“Vital, sharp-witted and ferociously smart” (The New York Times), Clybourne Park pits Race against Real Estate in Bruce Norris’ Olivier Award-winning play. Two generations of characters dance around social politics in one house on two afternoons, 50 years apart. In 1959, a white couple causes uproar in a middle-class neighborhood for selling their home to a black family. Fast forward to 2009 and the stakes have changed, but the debate is strikingly similar. This razor sharp social comedy reveals how far our ideas about race and gentrification have evolved—or have they?

Contains adult language. Clybourne Park is presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc., New York.
