Acclaimed for his brilliant musicianship and "almost god-like technique" (Auditorium Magazine, Korea), Andrew Simon is Principal Clarinet of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. As a soloist, he has given more than 60 performances with the HKPO, and has toured 23 cities in Japan. In 2012, Simon embarked on a tour of Italy, Scandinavia, the Czech Republic and the United States, performing with "character, spirit and humor" (The New York Times) as a chamber musician and recitalist. Simon shares the stage with Dr. Paulo Steinberg, who has performed as a soloist and collaborative pianist in the United States, Brazil, Canada and Iceland. www.amsimon.com
