The Finance System upgrade is complete and the system is accessible again.

When accessing the system for the first time after the upgrade, please clear your browser cache before logging in.  Instructions on how to do that can be found here.

If you are having issues with reports opening within the system, please check your pop-up blocker settings as those may need to be re-applied to allow pop-ups from PeopleSoft.

Slow report generation times have been resolved.  During peak reporting periods (9am - 11am during middle of month), some users were experiencing wait times of 5-10 minutes for Monthly Detail Reports, SPCC Recon Reports, etc. to post to their report manager.  The average report generation time should now be between 30 - 90 seconds.  Please call Accounting Technology at 8/4866 if you experience slow report generation times moving forward.

SPCC Recon issues have been resolved. Users no longer have to clear the 'Transaction Date' field before clicking the search button to pull in their transactions. When reconciling your charges, you will now see fields for 'Employee Name' and 'Card Number' that were not visible in the January 2018 reconcilation period.

Accounting Technology has seen issues where the nVision Drilldown add-in for excel does not work on a Windows 7 computer that has Office 2016 installed.

We are recommending that users experiencing these issues put in a Desktop Services Request to have their computer re-imaged with Windows 10 / Office 2016 in order to regain drilldown functionality.

Alternatively, we have designed the public query JGL0029_NVISION_DETAIL that anyone with run-query access in the Finance System can use to get their drilldown data. This query merges drilldown data into one report (i.e. AP Voucher details will be included with Journal details for ATV activity, deposits, etc.)
