Making a Reservation

Reservations may be made by phone at 540-568-1716, by email at www.jmu.edu/events/documents/res_form.shtml, or in person at the Festival Conference and Student Center office (Room 2236).

Reservation request are only accepted after all major events for the University have been scheduled. In addition, the timeline for scheduling events varies by type and date of event, with the earliest scheduling opportunity ranging from 9 to 18 months prior to the desired date. To ensure availability, determine your earliest opportunity for scheduling by contacting the Scheduling Coordinator at 540-568-1716.
