Article VII: Amendments
These bylaws shall become effective when approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the total number of voting members of the Faculty Senate.
These bylaws can be amended at any time by the Faculty Senate when approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the total number of voting members of the Faculty Senate.
